Park and Facility Rental Opportunities
Need a convenient site to hold an organization or business meeting? Want an indoor space to hold a child’s birthday party? Would an outdoor playing field and pavilion in one of our parks be a perfect place for a family reunion?
The Medinah Park District has indoor and outdoor facilities that can be rented for family functions, club and school activities, civic group meetings, or athletic events.
The Connolly Recreation Center provides many options and room sizes to accommodate your individual or group indoor needs while the Thorndale Park pavilion provides outdoor accommodations.

Reservations must be made at least two weeks in advance. A $20 non-refundable reservation fee and application is required to reserve a date and space. Full payment and credit card authorization form are due at least two weeks prior to rental date. For indoor rentals, a $20 per hour additional fee will be charged for any rental time outside of Connolly Recreation Center normal operating hours.
Additional fees apply for groups larger than 100 individuals and/or requests beyond normal facility hours of operation. Indoor rental hours do not extend beyond 10:30 pm unless approved by district administration. Outdoor rental hours do not extend beyond sunset unless approved by district administration. Rental applications will not be accepted more than three (3) months in advance.
