LITTLE SCHOLARS PRESCHOOL
Ages 3 & 4 years
The Medinah Park District Preschool program provides a welcoming, secure, and enjoyable setting for your child’s learning journey. With a semi-structured approach, we emphasize socialization, self-confidence, fine and gross motor skills, and readiness for pre-kindergarten and kindergarten. Children will develop these skills at their own pace through play, crafts, stories, songs, and special activities. Our primary goal is to foster a love of learning and a positive attitude toward school.
Registration must be done in person and proof of age is required. A $30 non-refundable deposit is required at time of registration for the 2025-26 school year. Registration fees are paid in monthly payments during the year (see payment schedule below).
Age 3 & 4 years (3 days a week)
Fee $177 per month (Resident) / $192 per month (Non-Resident)

LITTLE SCHOLARS EARLY CHILDHOOD ENRICHMENT
Ages 2-3 years
This program is perfect for children who aren’t quite ready for preschool, but are eager for social interaction away from parents. Through songs, stories, shapes, and playtime, your child will enhance their social skills while exploring, discovering, and learning in a fun environment. They’ll gain confidence in a “school” setting. Pull-ups are allowed, but a parent or caregiver must be available for any necessary changes. A $30 non-refundable deposit is required at time of registration for the 2025-26 school year. Monthly payments will automatically be charged the third Monday of each month from August 2025 to April 2026.

Marissa Nowotarski: Early Childhood Instructor and Coordinator
Marissa has been with the Medinah Park District since 2019, starting as head summer camp counselor and club kindergarten instructor. Marissa has been working with children for over 10 years in various positions ranging from preschool to special education. She has a general education degree with focus on early childhood education and American Sign Language from the College of DuPage. Her main goals are to ensure each child has a fun and safe environment where their individuality is supported and that they have all the tools needed to learn and grow!
